Is registration free?
Yes. Registration is completely free, with no ongoing fees or long-term commitment.
Which charities are eligible?
Any registered charity in England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland can apply.
How is our organisation verified?
We check your organisation against the appropriate official UK charity register. Once verified, we contact your organisation to arrange secure payment setup.
How are donations calculated?
Players choose a charity when purchasing tickets. The charity chosen by the player with the winning ticket receives 30% of the revenue from every ticket sold in that competition.
When and how are funds paid?
We pay the winning player's chosen charity by bank transfer within 30 days of the competition ending.
How much administration is required?
Very little. Complete your profile and payment setup, then keep your organisation's details current. CauseWin handles the competitions, draws, and donation processing.
What information must we supply?
To create your profile, we need your charity name, registration number, registered address, and a short description. Payment details are arranged separately after verification.
Can we review or remove our profile?
Yes. You can review your profile and contact CauseWin support if you need help updating or removing it.
